On December 3^rd VinSicily, the wine and agricultural fair-event of Jato valley, will take place in San Cipirello. VinSicily has been organized by Sicily Medi Event’s and GD comunicazione, aiming at promoting wine production in this territory. The event will allow people keen on wine and visitors to enjoy not only prestigious wine tasting, but also to discover tastes and smells of local, typical gastronomic and homemade products.

Exhibitions, expositions and an interesting “expo village” will be the core of the wine fair, that is going to carry out forums and workshops aiming at talking about Sicilian wine production’s problems and new challenges for the future. Salvino Caputo, president of the Committee for Productive Activities of the Sicilian Regional Assembly will take part into the event as one of the several guests, together with Dario Cartabellotta, director of the Regional Institute of Vine and Wine, some Commune’s representatives and secotr’s experts. A 100 kg “sfinge” (a typical Sicilian sweet) will be exposed in the main square of the village for lovers of Guinness World Record.
